As principal, it is my pleasure to welcome you to Saint Aloysius School!  Our school is a bit different from other schools.  We are truly a school community; committed to our school’s mission:  Saint Aloysius is a community rooted in Catholic teachings and values, devoted to academic excellence, and committed to serving others.  This mission is alive in everything we do; in the classroom, on the playground and during after-school and service activities.

I try to learn about, and understand, each student. I visit the classrooms routinely, cheer the students on during basketball games and cross country meets, and stand by their sides during service projects. Our faculty and staff are outstanding masters of their craft.  They recognize that each student has unique talents and learns differently, and embrace the Cura Personalis concept of educating, and caring for, each entire student.

We are an award-winning school, with standardized test scores that are among the highest in the diocese. Our graduates advance to exceptional high schools and, thereafter, to distinguished universities. If you are interested in learning more about our school I invite you to contact our Director of Admissions, Marybeth Nisco , 203-966-0786 (ext. 109) or admissions@sasncct.org.

I look forward to meeting you and your family and thank you for considering Saint Aloysius School as your child’s school community.

In Christ,

Dr. John Alfone
